Setting a New StandardThe Caveman ChessTM Club meets at Emerson Middle School and at Franklin Elementary School in Park Ridge. This year sees a re-unification of Franklin's team, where some of its best players were in the 4-5 grade sections last year, they will all be in the 6-8 grade section this year.Our goal this year is to win the K-9 National Championship and to regain our state title in 6-8 while breaking our scoring record set in 1997. The Cavemen aim to set a new standard in Illinois Chess. |
